EMT Curriculum

There is promising progress as the final validation process for the Master EMT Curriculum gets underway, supported by Malteser International in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. This critical initiative is brought together key stakeholders in June 2024, including Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, AAR Healthcare, Kenya Medical Training College, the Kenya National Qualifications Authority, Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development, Technical Vocational Educational Training (TVET) CDACC, Kenya Health Professions Oversight Authority, National Nurses Association of Kenya (NNAK), Kenya Nursing Professionals Association, St John Ambulance Kenya, Kenya Red Cross Training Institute, Medswift Training, and the Emergency Medicine Kenya Foundation.
