The Partnership with Malteser International supported a benchmark visit by the Uganda EMS Commissioner  Dr. John Baptiste Wamaye  and two MOH staff and MI KE/U. The visited RESCUE.CO , NMS EOC/Dispatch for dispatching demonstration Director of Public Health Ministry of Health and a wrap up meeting with KCEMT    EMKF with the UG and Kenya team.
