The purpose of the council is to coordinate emergency medical services in Kenya through the provision of educational, advocacy and regulatory services while looking at the welfare of its members. This is aimed at enhancing the government primary health care concept, Community Based health workers and community based Pharmacies Concept whom the government is Signatory to.
KCEMT has a clear and distinct idea for the future of EMS in Kenya and Africa.
